A small octavo bound in later quarter calf over rough cream paper boards. Title hand written on spine in an old hand. Binding is tight and shows some moderate wear and bumping to corners but is otherwise sound. Lacks any preliminaries. Title page is partially darkened from a stain as are a few other pages throughout but all are legible and only some stains obscure text (one or two plates soiled). Leaf 105 is supplied in facsimile, leaf 48 verso is provided in facsimile, recto is blank, and leaf 139 is torn at the corner with loss to the last words of the top two lines.
